As the golden autumn brings refreshing coolness and the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China approaches, the vibrant land of China is filled with songs, singing about the prosperous present of the motherland and its even brighter future.

    　On the evening of September 28th, the Party Working Committee and Office of Gudong Sub-district, as well as the Party Committee of Zhongshan Community and other units jointly held a National Day concert and the "Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Marching Forward on a New Journey" theme activity at the residents' square of Zhongshan Community. Our troupe, which has the dual identities of Fujian Shenfeng Science and Technology Art Troupe and Zhongshan Community Chorus, participated in the performance. Under the energetic direction of Teacher Pan Chao, the two choral songs, "Follow You" and "Ode to the Motherland", were performed. The singers sang with full enthusiasm and passionate passion, expressing our sincere feelings of always following the Party and demonstrating our expectations for the motherland to move towards a brilliant future. Our performance resonated with the audience on the spot, evoking their love for the Party, the motherland and the people, and won warm applause.

After the choral performance, Meng Qinghua, a member of our group, delivered an impromptu speech on behalf of our group. He said that under the brilliant light of the Party, Zhongshan Community, as a microcosm of a harmonious society, is truly a model community. The Party organizations of the sub-district and the community are committed to doing practical things for the people, opening canteens for the elderly and schools for children, and providing comfortable cultural and entertainment venues for the masses. Let the community residents live with peace of mind, comfort and confidence. For the elderly, they should be well cared for, have fun and be able to learn in their old age, brimming with happiness.
